1. Introduction
These terms apply to all transactions where we supply goods to you via our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Parties
We are the vendor under these terms. You are the customer under these terms.
3. Duration
These terms commence when you accept them and remain in effect unless terminated by either party in writing.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide only accurate, current, and complete information when using this website or placing an order. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Use of the Website
You must be 18 years or older or have parental consent to use this site. You agree not to use this site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
6. Orders
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction. A sale is only concluded when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to cancel any order. In such cases, any money paid will be refunded. Each order constitutes a separate agreement. Breach of one order constitutes breach of all orders placed by you.
7. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors, including incorrect pricing or descriptions. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative or a refund. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
8. Delivery and Risk
Risk passes to you upon delivery of the goods. Ownership transfers only once full payment is received. We will choose the packaging and delivery method unless otherwise agreed. You will receive tracking information once the goods are shipped. We aim to dispatch goods promptly, but are not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by couriers. Free shipping is offered on orders over R3,000, but does not apply to warranty returns.
9. Products and Warranties
You have the same rights against us as we have against our suppliers in terms of any warranty attached to the goods or imposed by law. A 6-month warranty applies in line with the Consumer Protection Act. We do not cover third-party call-out fees or damage resulting from misuse, electrical surges, faulty installations, lightning, water ingress, or non-qualified installations. Warranty does not apply to consumables or accessories unless otherwise stated.
10. Returns and Refunds
Refer to our full Returns and Refunds Policy. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective. If a return is due to change of mind (convenience), incorrect order, or no longer needed, a collection fee applies and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are subject to inspection and may take up to 7 working days for assessment and 3–5 business days for processing. A 15% restocking fee applies if the item is not in brand-new condition or if packaging is broken or components are missing. Refunds may be refused for products damaged by misuse or unauthorized modifications.
11. Typographical Errors
We will not be held responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions including, but not limited to, product descriptions, pricing, instructions, or terms. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information.
12. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
13. Intellectual Property and Ownership
All content on this website is the property of Zentula Online or its third-party licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent.
14. Trade Marks
All trade marks, service marks, and logos on this site are the property of Zentula Online, unless otherwise stated. You may not use our trade marks without written permission. Other marks remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Privacy Policy

16. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, except as provided by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in South African courts.
